Understanding Business Grants Portal (BGP)

The Business Grants Portal (BGP) is your one-stop shop for government grants that aid businesses. Finding and applying for these grants now becomes a whole lot simpler.

Behind the scenes, the BGP is managed jointly by the Ministry of Finance (MOF), the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and the Government Technology Agency.

Applying for grants through the Business Grants Portal (BGP) opens up many opportunities – from the Market Readiness Assistance and Enterprise Development Grant courtesy of Enterprise Singapore to the Business Improvement Fund by the Singapore Tourism Board and the Productivity Solutions Grant.

But, there are a few prerequisites to keep in mind: your business must be at least 30% Singaporean-owned, and your revenue should not cross over the S$100 million mark.

Applying is as simple as tapping a few buttons – all applications are electronic. Once approved, the funds will neatly land in your company’s account.
