Company Visit for Nanyang Polytechnic Students

We are happy to have the students from Nanyang Polytechnic to visit our company on 10 January 2017, where they get to learn about the company and how adopting technology in 3E Accounting has enhanced work productivity.

 

    14 undergraduate business students from Nanyang Polytechnic who are having their internship program in the school’s Productivity Training Centre (PTC), have participated in the company visit that yields insights into how 3E Accounting have turned their productivity efforts into sustained competitive advantages.

Leveraging an unique educational approach that moves beyond classroom lectures, the training centre aimed to get students career-ready and cultivate a culture of productivity.

We are extremely glad to know that they have chosen 3E Accounting to conduct a company visit and are excited to share with them on the innovations and technologies that contributed to the productivity of the company.

At the visit, students were able to get direct exposure to the company in the industry and the workforce. Students get to hear from the Managing Director of 3E Accounting Pte. Ltd., Mr. Lawrence Chai, where he had personally shared about the company, the culture and the executing innovative management strategies.

Apart from the presentation given to the students, they are able to have an extensive interactions with 3E Accounting’s Managing Director through a Q&A session. The company rounded out its visit with a tour of their offices where they get to view the kids corner, nursing room etc. and offered light refreshments for the students. 

Being the first accounting firm to implement the Double Robotics Technology, Mr. Lawrence Chai also demonstrated the use of the Double Robotics Technology to students on how to communicate via the robot when an employee is working from home or not in the office. Incorporating such innovation into the business process, with the help of government initiatives, has ultimately increased overall work productivity of the company.

 

Connecting the classroom to real-world learning, company visits are a great way to connect academic theories taught in the classroom to the workforce. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation for being given the opportunity to conduct the company visit that allow students to gain insights and learn about 3E Accounting. We hope the visit has offer students an opportunity to not only meet industry professionals, but also getting involved and gaining in-depth knowledge with insider views into the work and culture.
