SGUnited Traineeship Programme
At 3E Accounting, we believe in every employee’s aptitude to succeed and see them as the most valuable asset of the firm’s success.
As part of the Resilience Budget 2020, the Government has introduced the SGUnited Traineeship Programme to support fresh graduates affected by the economic impact of COVID-19 and help them develop their professional skills amid the weaker hiring climate. Graduates from the Institute of Technical Education (ITE), Polytechnics, Universities and other private educational institutions, and Singaporeans who recently completed National Service between 2019 and 2021, can take up traineeship opportunities to build their portfolio and prepare for future opportunities.
3E Accounting’s Commitment to Help Local Singaporean Graduates
Keenly aware that the graduating cohort of 2020 will face challenges securing jobs to further their careers, 3E Accounting volunteered as Host Organisation for the SGUnited Traineeship Programme to provide career opportunities and equip young Singaporeans with valuable industry experience and increase their employability during the economic recovery.
As SGUnited Traineeship Host Organisation, 3E Accounting not only provides young Singaporeans with the opportunities to hone their skills professionally but assess their performance for placement as full-time employees, like Keira.
“Learning about 3E Accounting and the standard operating procedures has been an enriching experience. I am also appreciative of my mentor for her guidance and support throughout my SGUnited Traineeship programme and amidst my transition to a Management Trainee.”
Keira Tian Lyn
Management Trainee
As a trainee, Keira demonstrated excellent communication skills and critical thinking skills. She takes the initiative to go beyond the parameters of her work. In recognition of her value-add to the firm, Keira has been appointed a full-time employee under 3E Accounting’s Management Trainee Programme, an enhanced management development programme designed to groom high-performing individuals into future industry leaders. This programme provides our management trainees with the best training experience and knowledge of the fundamentals for a successful managerial career position.
“Keira is a reliable team player with a positive learning attitude. I am impressed by her commitment and value that she has contributed to the firm during her traineeship. We see her potential and hence, we offered Keira the opportunity to join us in full-time employment as a management trainee, and we are glad she has accepted our offer.”

The SGUnited Trainee Programme is beneficial to both young Singaporeans who are willing to undergo traineeships and SME firms like 3E Accounting to source for and train local talents. We are glad for the opportunity to participate in the SGUnited Traineeships Programme to help fellow Singaporeans in this difficult economic climate.
