Dear Valued Customers,
With two more months to the end of 2020, I want to thank all our clients for your support. It is because of you that 3E Accounting is still going strong, and expanding our scope of services and offerings to serve you better.
A Strategic Partnership with CapBridge Financial
3E Accounting is proud to announce that we have formed a new strategic partnership with CapBridge Financial, comprising CapBridge and 1exchange. I recently co-chaired the CapBridge Wealth Management Webinar with the CEO of 1exchange. We spoke about how businesses can strengthen their cash flow to guard against a volatile future as the current pandemic is likely to persist into 2021.
As a CapBridge strategic partner, we are now able to support businesses to onboard the CapBridge Financial Platform which helps businesses with fundraising and private listing for their liquidity needs. 3E Accounting provides a full waiver of the Listing Readiness Assessment fee to companies who engage our corporate secretarial services for 2 companies.
Adapting to Hybrid Work – Straits Times Feature
I spoke to The Straits Times recently and shared my thoughts on how 3E Accounting has successfully adapted to post-COVID hybrid work arrangements. As an employer, it is crucial to address employees’ concerns on measuring their productivity and fulfilling their need for direct human interactions, as many employees continue to work from home. I shared that work from home arrangements need clear performance indicators to track productivity levels. It is equally crucial to hold regular internal engagement initiatives, so employees don’t feel disconnected from the company and each other. These regular engagements will help to forge stronger connections within the firm.
Expansion to Hong Kong – ACCA Accounting and Business Magazine Feature
I also shared my perspectives with ACCA’s Accounting and Business Magazine. on 3E Accounting’s bold decision to expand into Hong Kong amidst the pandemic, and the importance of investing in technology and talent to ensure business continuity in the next normal business environment enforced by COVID-19.
I believe that adopting technology, like cloud solutions and virtual communication tools, provides companies with a strategic competitive advantage during these unprecedented times. Such a strategy has transformed 3E Accounting’s employees into adept remote workers, enabled continued communications with global stakeholders, and allowed us to remotely launch and manage 3E Accounting Limited, our new global office in Hong Kong.
